Editor/Director Ben Joss, has been working in the film industry for over a Decade.
Starting as an Online Editor for “The Secret Life of Us” TV series, Ben has moved up the
ranks to work as an Assistant Editor on some of the largest film projects to hit Australian Shores.
As an Award winning short film editor, Ben is continuing to hone his craft, recently completing the low budget Aussie feature film “Red Hill” with Director/Editor Patrick Hughes. This work was recently featured in an article by Digital Media World magazine.

As an Assistant Editor, Ben has spent the last year working on James Cameron’s “Sanctum 3D”, creating a workflow that enabled editorial to review their work real time in 3D. An article on the post production for Sanctum is available here.
In 2007, Ben set up the Josshouse to keep his projects “in house”.
An Un-Compressed HIDEF FCP online suite coupled with offline AVID equipment brings the best of both worlds to every production.
The Josshouse has post-produced everything from multi million dollar documentaries to no budget short films as well as providing services and equipment for many Australian Feature Film Producers.
